05/07/03 Washington State Peace Officers’ Ceremony

Wednesday, 05/07/03, was the 9th Annual Washington State Peace Officers’ Ceremony in Seattle. In addition to the ceremony, there was a dedication and viewing of the new Seattle Police Memorial Wall inside headquarters at 610 – 5th Avenue.
